L’ordinateur fonctionne bien mais le chargeur ne
fonctionne pas correctement. J’ai été obligé de racheter un chargeur. Clavier allemand non américain.

Sobald das Ladekabel angeschlossen war, hat das Kontrolllicht geleuchtet, am Laptop selbst wurde aber nicht angezeigt, dass der Akku lädt. Sobald das Ladekabel weg war, hat das Gerät sich abgeschaltet.
Wir haben reklamiert, der Verkäufer hat uns direkt eine Gutschrift angeboten. Da schon mehrere Programme installiert waren, haben wir nachgefragt, ob denn nicht eine Reparatur möglich sei. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass überprüft wird, ob evtl ein Update helfen könnte.
Ohne weitere Rückmeldung vom Verkäufer (und für mein empfinden in so kurzer Zeit von Rücksendung bis zur Erstattung auch fast unmöglich das Gerät überhaupt angeschaut zu haben) kam die Erstattung.
Schade, dass überhaupt nicht versucht wurde, den Fehler zu beheben!

Tried that laptop on daily usage for light tasks and surfing and was extremely fine. A while ago I tried this on my work with a company’s custom windows image and heavy apps / usage, I was amazed how this small laptop handles all the taks without any issue and connected to an external 4k monitor! yes the fan sometimes spins like crazy but still it does the job. Better than my HP 860 g5 i7 sometimes.
I recommend that laptop as it is light and I can do my job everywhere without issues.
I wish it could support a pen and have a backlight keyboard since with that price everybody expects those options.
Otherwise ssd is quite fast the CPU goes up to 3.40Ghz and the RAM has a frequency of 3733Mhz

der Laptop ist hervorragend – ABER bitte AUFPASSEN – er hat eine schweizer tastaturbelegung!!!!!!
