   Es muy muy buena computdora, me llegó con unos golpes pero el paquete llegó intacto y muy bien protegido, me llegó sin la caja original pero a mi nonme molesta.

   This laptop has been problematic since we bought it at the end of August. We tried to contact the seller for advice but could only get through to an Amazon helpdesk.

   Initial error messages – couldnt find a bootable operating system. We tried to fix it and Amazon helpdesk tried to help. The message then went away and the laptop was ok for a few weeks.

   Now it will not charge properly – the battery is clearly the problem. We charge it up and get 1% charge. Then if it does charge, it stops working if you unplug the cable.

   It’s been a disaster from day one and we will not be buying a reconditioned laptop from Amazon etc – more so because it is impossible to get proper support.

   It has been a while since I last had a laptop and they have come a long way. This particular unit (Microsoft Surface 2) has an Intel i7, 16 GB of RAM and 500 GB of SSD. It also has a nice large beautiful touchscreen and a track pad too. It only has one USB 3.0 slot but it hardly needs wires. It has a nice full size keyboard with good feedback. I am more than pleased that it automatically updated to Windows 11 pro. I hope that it will run for a long time. After a month or so, I noticed that the battery is not very good and only lasts a few hours and not the 12-14 hours of advertised power. This is not a big deal to me because I use it with the power connected most of the time. Just be aware that it could be an issue

   Der Laptop 2 weist keinerlei Gebrauchsspuren wie Kratzer, Risse oder dergleichen auf. Einrichtung und Update auf Windows 11 verlief wie erwartet.

   Doch leider hat der Touchscreen einige Aussetzer, der separat erhältliche Stift/Stylus funktioniert nicht immer (auf einem anderen Surface hingegen schon, weswegen das Problem definitiv am Surface Laptop liegt), desweiteren kommt es zu Phantomeingaben am Touchscreen. “Ausgezeichnet”, wie online angegeben, ist der Zustand des Gerätes daher nicht.

   Weiteres Manko: Man hätte angeben können, dass die Tastatur dem US Layout entspricht und nicht dem österreichischen/deutschen.
