   Did not come with keyboard as pictured in add. Small crack on corner of the screen but there is no pixels there.
   Work great so far. I am using the keyboard from my surface 1.

   This is a tablet only. The type cover (keyboard) is not included despite the fact that the listing has multiple images of the tablet including images of the type cover. I have to return my unit which is inconvenient due to my disability; drop off at the UPS store for packaging after I print a label since I don’t have packing tape at home right now. The onus is on me to get it back despite the inaccurate description being no fault of mine. In the interim, I have to wait for a refund while I have expended more funds to purchase the correct item, a Surface 3 inclusive of type cover. Why did I not just order a cover separately? Because Asurion, the insurance company does not offer coverage for peripheral items bought separately. Only if a type cover is purchased as part of a bundle will coverage be afforded, so I have initiated a return and made an altogether new purchase with insurance coverage at a higher premium. In the long run it is worth it; My present and first Surface 3 bought new in 2016 is still functional, but the screen is separating from the frame on one end, and the skin covering the keyboard is peeling back. Some of the keys also stick. Granted, the insurance is only good for four years, but they are refurbished units; my present one was purchased new. Costing a third of the original price of a new unit, adding on the $84.99 for the insurance is well worth it.

   This was supposed to be “Product works and looks like new.” and it was completely scratched and not at all like new. Only tried the system for 5 minutes but it was slow and not leggy.

   Bought this for my daughters birthday. She wanted something to paint and draw with so I installed Corel Painter 7 and she loves it. I’m more of an Apple girl but I’ve used windows at work for over 20 years. I am particular when it comes to computers and I generally avoid anything refurbished. This reburbished model looks and performs like new. I can’t even tell the difference. I purchased Microsoft certified pen (not MS brand) and it works great with the tablet. I love it so much I will buy one for my husband. He prefers Apple as well but likes to have a computer with windows. This tablet is the best of both worlds that I don’t even feel like it should be called a tablet but it’s also not a laptop. It is really it’s own category. I would never buy or use a chrome book or any of those new “computers” that to me are useless with no real functionality other than loading apps and accessing the web. All our phones and small tablets can do that. If you are in the market for a computer or tablet get this one.

   I love this tablet! Almost didn’t go with it, as I’ve always used Apple products, but this table is awesome.
   And the price could not be beat! May be refurbished, but it looks and works as good as new. Battery lasts a long time as well.
